The invention overcomes the problems of inconspicuous economy, low modulus, insufficient durability, less application of a large doping amount scheme and the like of the existing thermal regeneration technology.
Main Work Undertaken
The MHRC-14 technology developed by JSTI combines the characteristics of French high modulus technology and plant-mixed hot recycling technology to realize large content of recycled asphalt pavement materials (40%) and composite modulus >14,000MPa at 15°C ambient temperature without adding additives, and at the same time, it follows the requirements of water damage resistance and rutting resistance.
Innovation Points
1. In order to improve the level of resource reuse and recycling, 1 km of MHRC-14 durable high modulus hot recycled asphalt mixture is applied on the lower layer of Jinsha Avenue Re-routing Project.
2. No pit, crowding, rutting, crack and other diseases are found in the later follow-up observation of the pavement, and the application effect is good.
